Therapeutic Coaching and Mentoring

I'm not operating at the level I know I'm capable of

You’re functioning. You’re managing. You’re getting through what needs to be done, but you can feel the difference between, doing something and doing it properly; between moving forward and moving with clarity.

Perhaps there is a plausible explanation - you may have been a major life change, familial break up, bereavement, change of career, job loss, relocation. But it doesn't stop you experiencing the gaps, and noticing - hesitation where there used to be certainty; efforting where things used to feel straightforward; inconsistencies in how you follow through. It's not obvious to others - but you feel it.

Over time, that ‘noticing’ within you,  becomes increasingly frustrating.

It’s not because you don’t know what to do, but because you’re not operating in line with your own standards.

It affects:

  • your confidence in your decision-making.
  • your consistency in taking appropriate action.
  • your sense of control over how you show up.

You’re still moving forward but not in the way you know you’re capable of.

This isn’t about ability. It’s about alignment. It is between what you know and how you actually think, decide, and respond in the moment, given context and understanding.

Working together, we focus on what’s happening in real time – how you think, decide, and respond in the moments that matter.

We identify where things break down, interrupt the patterns that are keeping you stuck and recalibrate how you operate so it actually holds under pressure.

So the gap closes and the way you show up starts to match the level you already know is there within to meet.

Client Testimonial

We laughed and I cried, some, not all of the time and in meeting and connecting with Vidya I have felt a true sense of accepting myself in both my professional and personal life. I had been ‘holding on’ to things from my past without realising it was having an impact and through EFT and talking things through have felt more grounded, centred and relaxed. Vidya is so easy to open up to it felt natural to be honest and in doing so gain knowledge in how I can help myself now and going forward. I had put this off thinking perhaps it wasn’t for me but so very glad I took the plunge! Thank you Vidya.
It's taken me a long time to write this testimonial for Vidya from Vivid Outcomes because every time I sat down to write it, I just couldn't find the right words to express my absolute gratitude for the work that we did together, and the care that Vidya gave me. Without going into too much detail, I've seen two other therapists in my lifetime, and not only did I spend a lot of money and never really felt like I got anywhere with them, I always felt that they were asking me questions to get me to fit in their 'box' in order to be able to work with me. Vidya does the exact opposite. With Vidya's extensive training with a multitude of different practices and therapy styles, Vidya tailored our sessions to me. There are a few sessions where Vidya even had to change style half way through a session because even though 'that style' worked last time, I was in a different place for the next session. Vidya is kind, caring, experienced, and the best part of it, is she's a real person. The therapists I'd worked with before always seemed like figures; not real people that I could warm to, or really open up to, where as Vidya made me feel at ease from the first session and I opened up to her more in a short period of time than I had with either other therapist over the years with them. And with that in mind, Vidya is honest too. After my 5th session, I was 'signed' off. I had made more progress in such a short period of time than ever before. And for me, it was because Vidya was adaptable and worked with me and not the other way around. I am so grateful for the sessions I had with Vidya and the friendship that has now formed out of knowing her as a real person too. In these times of change, anxiety, and confusion, if you're looking for someone to talk to, or know anyone else that is, please consider Vidya from Vivid Outcomes. You will not regret taking the first step. I certainly didn't.
